18. The following fees are payable by an applicant for authorization under subparagraph 5 of the first paragraph of section 22 of the Act for an activity referred to in the first paragraph of section 70.9 of the Act:
(1)  for a project involving
(a)  the operation for commercial purposes of a physical, chemical, physico-chemical or biological treatment process for hazardous residual materials: $3,498;
(b)  the storage of hazardous residual materials after possession has been taken of them for that purpose: $3,498; or
(c)  the carrying on of an activity determined by regulation involving a hazardous material: $3,498; and
(2)  for a project involving
(a)  the operation of a hazardous materials disposal site determined by government regulation for the applicant’s own purposes or for another person, or the offering of a hazardous materials disposal service: $6,996;
(b)  the operation for commercial purposes of a thermal treatment process for hazardous residual materials: $6,996; or
(c)  the use of hazardous residual materials for energy generation after possession has been taken of them for that purpose: $6,996.

18. The following fees are payable by an applicant for authorization under subparagraph 5 of the first paragraph of section 22 of the Act for an activity referred to in the first paragraph of section 70.9 of the Act:
(1)  for a project involving
(a)  the operation for commercial purposes of a physical, chemical, physico-chemical or biological treatment process for hazardous residual materials: $3,462;
(b)  the storage of hazardous residual materials after possession has been taken of them for that purpose: $3,462; or
(c)  the carrying on of an activity determined by regulation involving a hazardous material: $3,462; and
(2)  for a project involving
(a)  the operation of a hazardous materials disposal site determined by government regulation for the applicant’s own purposes or for another person, or the offering of a hazardous materials disposal service: $6,924;
(b)  the operation for commercial purposes of a thermal treatment process for hazardous residual materials: $6,924; or
(c)  the use of hazardous residual materials for energy generation after possession has been taken of them for that purpose: $6,924.

(b)  the operation for commercial purposes of a thermal treatment process for hazardous residual materials: $6,793; or
(c)  the use of hazardous residual materials for energy generation after possession has been taken of them for that purpose: $6,793.

18. The following fees are payable by an applicant for a permit issued under section 70.9 of the Act:
(1)  for a project involving
(a)  the operation for commercial purposes of a physical, chemical, physico-chemical or biological treatment process for hazardous materials that are used, spent or outdated, or that appear on a list established for that purpose by regulation or belong to a class mentioned on the list: $3,396;
(b)  the storage of hazardous materials described in paragraph 2 of section 70.9 of the Act after possession has been taken of them for that purpose: $3,396; or
(c)  the carrying on of an activity determined by regulation involving a hazardous material: $3,396; and
(2)  for a project involving
(a)  the operation of a hazardous materials disposal site for the applicant’s own purposes or for another person, or the offering of a hazardous materials disposal service: $6,793;
(b)  the operation for commercial purposes of a thermal treatment process for hazardous materials that are used, spent or outdated, or that appear on a list established for that purpose by regulation or belong to a class mentioned on the list: $6,793; or
(c)  the use of hazardous materials described in paragraph 2 of section 70.9 of the Act for energy generation after possession has been taken of them for that purpose: $6,793.

18. The following fees are payable by an applicant for a permit issued under section 70.9 of the Act:
(1)  for a project involving
(a)  the operation for commercial purposes of a physical, chemical, physico-chemical or biological treatment process for hazardous materials that are used, spent or outdated, or that appear on a list established for that purpose by regulation or belong to a class mentioned on the list: $3,323;
(b)  the storage of hazardous materials described in paragraph 2 of section 70.9 of the Act after possession has been taken of them for that purpose: $3,323; or
(c)  the carrying on of an activity determined by regulation involving a hazardous material: $3,323; and
(2)  for a project involving
(a)  the operation of a hazardous materials disposal site for the applicant’s own purposes or for another person, or the offering of a hazardous materials disposal service: $6,646;
(b)  the operation for commercial purposes of a thermal treatment process for hazardous materials that are used, spent or outdated, or that appear on a list established for that purpose by regulation or belong to a class mentioned on the list: $6,646; or
(c)  the use of hazardous materials described in paragraph 2 of section 70.9 of the Act for energy generation after possession has been taken of them for that purpose: $6,646.

18. The following fees are payable by an applicant for a permit issued under section 70.9 of the Act:
(1)  for a project involving
(a)  the operation for commercial purposes of a physical, chemical, physico-chemical or biological treatment process for hazardous materials that are used, spent or outdated, or that appear on a list established for that purpose by regulation or belong to a class mentioned on the list: $3,274;
(b)  the storage of hazardous materials described in paragraph 2 of section 70.9 of the Act after possession has been taken of them for that purpose: $3,274; or
(c)  the carrying on of an activity determined by regulation involving a hazardous material: $3,274; and
(2)  for a project involving
(a)  the operation of a hazardous materials disposal site for the applicant’s own purposes or for another person, or the offering of a hazardous materials disposal service: $6,548;
(b)  the operation for commercial purposes of a thermal treatment process for hazardous materials that are used, spent or outdated, or that appear on a list established for that purpose by regulation or belong to a class mentioned on the list: $6,548; or
(c)  the use of hazardous materials described in paragraph 2 of section 70.9 of the Act for energy generation after possession has been taken of them for that purpose: $6,548.

18. The fees for an application for a permit under section 70.9 of the Act are as follows:
(1)  for a project involving the operation, for commercial purposes, of a physico-chemical or biological treatment process for residual hazardous materials, the storage of such materials or the transportation of hazardous materials to a disposal site for such materials: $2,847;
(2)  for any other project not expressly covered by paragraph 1: $5,694.

18. The fees for an application for a permit under section 70.9 of the Act are as follows:
(1)  for a project involving the operation, for commercial purposes, of a physico-chemical or biological treatment process for residual hazardous materials, the storage of such materials or the transportation of hazardous materials to a disposal site for such materials: $2,811;
(2)  for any other project not expressly covered by paragraph 1: $5,623.

18. The fees for an application for a permit under section 70.9 of the Act are as follows:
(1)  for a project involving the operation, for commercial purposes, of a physico-chemical or biological treatment process for residual hazardous materials, the storage of such materials or the transportation of hazardous materials to a disposal site for such materials: $2,765;
(2)  for any other project not expressly covered by paragraph 1: $5,531.

18. The fees for an application for a permit under section 70.9 of the Act are as follows:
(1)  for a project involving the operation, for commercial purposes, of a physico-chemical or biological treatment process for residual hazardous materials, the storage of such materials or the transportation of hazardous materials to a disposal site for such materials: $2,739;
(2)  for any other project not expressly covered by paragraph 1: $5,479.

18. The fees for an application for a permit under section 70.9 of the Act are as follows:
(1)  for a project involving the operation, for commercial purposes, of a physico-chemical or biological treatment process for residual hazardous materials, the storage of such materials or the transportation of hazardous materials to a disposal site for such materials: $2,687;
(2)  for any other project not expressly covered by paragraph 1: $5,374.
